No. 3/6/2015(C)MANIREDA : Under HRD Programme, MNRE,Govt. of India, 1(one) consultant is to be hired/engaged in MANIREDA for assisting in implementation of Renewable Energy Programmes.
The Consultant has to handle the following tasks:-
i) To develop various Renewable Energy Projects based on the provisions of different programmes of the Ministry, including Rooftop programmes by DISCOMs under Integrated Power Development Scheme(IPDS).
ii) To conduct in-depth survey and resource mapping of targeted areas and develop project proposals as also supervise their implementation.
iii) To undertaking periodic monitoring of the implemented projects and suggest means to rectify the shortcoming of the projects, if any.
iv) To work on evacuation of generated power from renewable projects to main grid.
v)To assist SNAs in any work awarded by the Ministry.
vi) To assist SNAs to achieve 1,75,000 MWp of Renewable Power
vii) To assist in implementation of Solar PV Pump Projects for farmers.
The minimum Qualification and Experience of the Consultant to be engaged are:
i) Engineering graduate preferably with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics and RE/Energy Studies Branch with RE Background or M.Sc preferably with Physics/Renewable Energy from a recognised Institute with minimum 60% marks and necessary computer skills.
ii) Minimum of 10 years’ experience in handling Renewable Energy Projects
The maximum age should be 40 years at the time of engagement. The period of engagement would be on full time basis. Initially, hiring is for one year which can be extended upto March 2017only. Consolidated fee would be a maximum of Rs 50,000/-per month on pro rata basis. He/she will not be entitled to DA/CCA/HRA, residential telephone, residential accommodation, personal staff, Medical reimbursement, local conveyance allowance.
Eligible person may apply in written with supporting documents of bio-data including minimum experience of 10years in handling Renewable Energy Projects on or before 15th January,2016 to the undersigned.
